Welcome to StarrVista! 

Currently, StarrVista is under contract with the Wayne County Department of Juvenile Justice to provide services to the youth and families residing in northwest Detroit and Dearborn Heights.

StarrVista is a care management organization that offers a system of services designed to invest resources of time, energy and people in the lives of youth and their families.  The expected returns on these investments include:

bulletAssisting in creating a stable living situation.
bulletKeeping youth in school, pursuing a GED or in a work situation.
bulletRebuilding relationships and working to repair the harm caused in the community.
bulletBuilding upon the strengths of the youth, so they will make better choices in the future.
